BUYER GUARANTEE FEE

Guaranteed Comics strives to be competitive within the comic book community. With this in mind, we assess the lowest fees possible to buyers to guarantee that they have peace of mind when purchasing raw comic books. Our guarantee fee is 9% of the sales price. This percentage is well below the 15%-20% buyer’s premium that can be found on major comic book and auction websites.

SELLER FEES

Only when an item is purchased, is a commission fee charged. The amount of the commission fee is 11% of the sales price. The commission fee will be deducted from the seller’s listing price. 

If an item does not pass grade, there are two options for sellers. The seller can request the graded book be mailed back to them and pay a $15.00 grading fee and their return shipping cost or they can choose to “warehouse” the book for a small monthly fee until the newly graded book sells at the new grade. WHEN DO SELLERS GET PAID?

Your earnings will be added to your Guaranteed Comics, LLC account for cash out as soon as your items have passed grade and authenticated by the third party. 

CASH OUT FEES

There are no fees to cash out. Earnings are deposited through ACH direct deposit via Stripe. Sellers may cash out if their total earnings are greater than $50.00.

HOW DO I CASH OUT?

You can have your funds deposited to your bank account through Stripe ACH direct deposit. There is no fee for cashing out. If you’d like to transfer your funds, simply request the transfer from your vendor portal once the balance is over $50.00. When entering your information, please make sure everything is accurate and correct.

INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION WILL LEAD TO DELAYS WITH YOUR DEPOSIT.

Once your cash out has been approved, the funds will be deposited. Please allow 2-3 business days for the banks to process. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays and if you cash out after business hours, the first day would be the following business day.

In order to have your funds deposited to your bank account through ACH direct deposit, you must open an account provided by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) and you must accept the Stripe Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any funds held in the Stripe account are held by Stripe’s financial institution partners as set out in the Stripe Terms of Service. You authorize GUARANTEED COMICS to share your identity and account data with Stripe for the purposes of opening and supporting your Stripe account, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. 

SELLER VERIFICATION

GUARANTEED COMICS, LLC actively protects our buyers and sellers. In order to do so, federal and state laws require us to obtain each seller’s full name, date of birth and home address. This information will only need to be entered once and should be entered as it appears on a government issued identification, such as a driver’s license or passport.

All personal information on GUARANTEED COMICS, LLC is secure and only used for order processing and account related matters.
